Press the Attack "buff" isn't nearly enough to warrant cutting Xin's passive damage by 50%. This hurts his clear significantly where most of his passive proc's happen anyway. If the shyv+IE build has too high of a winrate just reduce his passive scaling with crit to 50% instead of cutting total bonus damage.
