I forgot to lock on accident and got the 30 min queue twice on accident. There needs to be something that screams out lock at 5 secs left. Also just lock it for us like before would be great. It encourages dodging. Why rito why.
Pornstar Elise4 votesAt the very least they should remove or reduce q dodge timers for a week or two while people get settled. People are getting wrongly accused of 30 min timers for intentionally dodging and I am in -3 points in ranked for changing my pick last second to something i thought was better only to have the game close because i did not lock it in. Now i wait 6 min to get back into ranked with negative points because I am not super experienced with the new lock in and am playing off of 4 years of muscle memory that did not require me to lock in in the last second.

xshortzox2 votesI am not a fan of the new system. I understand that people want to get their roles, but half the fun of solo queue was having to be versatile. Playing many different roles made me a better player. and not going in knowing what to expect allowed teams to develop better team composition. In the new system people go in wanting to play a specific champion in a specific role. This often leads to a team with all ad or all ap or no tanks. This new queue also is quite annoying for solo players as being the 5th person to join a 4-man premade really sucks for that 1 player. I don't think it is a totally horrible system, but I believe they should run a separate solo/duo queue for the players who still prefer that. If i am alone on this please let me know, but i have a feeling that I am not.
