Semi-locked Camera.

Why does the semi-locked camera not center when pressing space? I don't want to have to move my mouse all over the place to reposition the camera. If someone is on top of me and my camera is all the way to a direction, I have to either attempt to attack them in a corner of my monitor, or give up ~1-3 seconds to move the camera enough to not screw myself and then fight them. If this is a bug, it has existed for about several patches now. I believe ever since semi-locked was introduced even.
