with some AP, her Q/W combo is actually pretty potent. Personally I'm going to be playing her midlane, where I can buy plenty of AP to make use of the 135% AP ratio. Overall, the change goes from 310+110% AP (with 110+50% AP over 5 seconds), to 280+135% AP ratio. Overall, get Soraka mid, and have her have 600--700 AP, and you get some crazy potent heals.

dam really.... seems people may want to get a rebate on their soraka skin by looks of it no one will be playing her anymore if thats the case.
