a Shang Tsung. LOL is no exception. Simple concept, really. Something like: You collect souls like Thresh. Once you collect X souls, you can morph into another champion (from a very limited list), and become that champion entirely. But you still look like Shang Tsung, so no one knows what form you've used until you cast an ability.

Keep it simple. Make it an ADC/Tank/heal-shield supp/assassin whose list is limited to those.
