There are literally no flashy plays Taric can ever do which is why he is being reworked. He is just a walking mess of a terrible model with awful raw stat mechanics.

This is like watching a car wreck happening, Taric has so many things in his kit the balance team hates. A heal, a point and click stun, and a invisible aura that gives stats.........
