The Honor System and Key Frags

Its been several days and ive played something like 15 league games since the Update. Not 1 key fragment. I used to get them pretty regularly. I play some strong carry champs so i got S ranks pretty commonly and so i got a lot of Key frags.

I wouldnt be suprised if Riot was noticing a dip in sales due to the chest system and moved the keys onto honor to reduce drop rates without really saying that they did so they could recuperate some of the lost income. (While this isnt inherently wrong. They were giving us free stuff..... its pretty scummy)

I get them pretty decently since it was updated. Got 2 yesterday, one this morning. Just gotta stay positive and you'll get em in no time.

I literally dont speak. I just dont type at all. I get Jack shit for key frags

Also Ive only been honored once. And it was when I actually talked because i was wasted and just typed "Im a god" after every kill on master yi.............

You don't have to type to get honor.

Maybe you're not doing well enough to level up your honor level.

S ranks only got you chests in the old system, and didn't impact your chances of getting key fragments.

The key fragment cap per approximately one month long period is 12, so if you'd reached or nearly reached your cap for your fragment cycle before the update, you'd still need to wait until your next cycle for the keys to start rolling in again.

S ranks increased the % chance of a Key Drop

They didnt guarentee like a chest but it did increase the drop %

They did not. The only thing that increased your drop chance was playing in a premade, with bigger premades having better chances.
