I'm only going to be calculating % HP damage, not any other on hit effects. OK.

Ok, doesn't seem to be that bad...

Seems legit

108% of MAX HP on hit in only 2.4 seconds to 3 different people!

Requires smite. Very few instances of viable lane smite. Either release cinderhulk or release runeglaive Ez. I highly doubt we'll be seeing Smite kog maw, especially since it'll be an easy early game shut down.

True, however, that doesn't mean I'm not gonna try spamming it in my normals with friends and see if it gets me anywhere. I'm just pointing it out, that if you can get it, it's INSANE damage.
