I noticed way back when Dark Harvest was released Sivir's W (Richochet) didn't proc Dark Harvest on an enemy if it bounced to them. At the time I just thought it was a bug but I recently played her in ARAM and still had the issue.
What's up with that? Is it a bug? Or is Sivir for some reason just not allowed to proc it like that?
To me it is a bug, as Dark Harvest should be procced by all damage (even if there are some inconsistencies regarding DoTs (like Brand's Passive))
Would that not be too easy? In my books; yes. Maybe you are different, but I like to have at least some kind of resemblance of balance even in the Abyss. According to Lolanalytics here Sivir has the 4th highest winrate in Abyss already, and you would like her to be even more powerful? Weird man. :)

if it has been a thing since dark harvest existed then it Is meant to be
