I don't care what it does anywhere else ...

I want to personally stop playing with people that are a pain, and not have to dodge. I want to be able to put people on a list that essentially will allow me to never have to play with them again ... there is a friends list, I want a trolls list which prevents me from being selected for a queue with them (or stops them from being put in the same queue with me ... don't care how it works). It would make the most sense if you can only do it to a member of your own team, so it isn't abused. There are people out there that troll ... let the community ostracize them. They won't be able to play with anyone sooner of later ... or they will only play with other trolls that think it is okay.

I've got to believe it would be more effective than what we have now. No bans ... just takes longer and longer to get into a game if you keep it up. I wouldn't even mind that it might take longer for me to get into a game because I wouldn't have to play with trolls as much (and never the same one twice).

And just for the record, if you really oppose this, it probably means you are a troll at least part of the time.

Hmmm... have seen this Suggestion quite a lot, usually arguments against it were that it can be abused in hgiher elos. (lets say a Challenger player blocks all other Challengers, making it so he only Plays with Masters, which he will be able to influence games qutie heaviely in.)

Also, it would add up, due to other players having blocked people too, and eventually someone being premade, blabla, might push Queue times a lot higher than any of us would expect.

Last but not least: unless you play at a time where hardly anyone plays, and don't instantly queue up again after every amtch, chances are qutie low you'll meet the same players again, unless you are Diamond or higher. :s

It could be disabled at higher levels in ranked. Everyone says this kind of thing goes away at higher ranks, so platinum and above it doesn't hold. In normals and lower ranks (where most people play) it would stop the non-sense quickly. someone that is troll listed by 100's of people probably will be waiting for 30 minutes to play ... and it would serve them right.

I've heard trolls are just as bad in higher ranks... then again, I feel like I see way less trolls than everyone mentions there to be anyway.

Now, I'm not sure about Riot's opinion on this bit, but I know Riot likes improving 'baddies'. By locking them away (eventually even creating a 'prisoners island') this will not be achived. Instead Riot builds on System which will find missbehavior (mainly by help of the Report button), first give out a slight punishment or jsut warnings to notify those Players of their wrong-doing, and Keep track of them. If they don't change their behavior, punishments will significantly improve, up to a perma ban quite soon.

(some of) those Systems are already in place, while creating this would most likely require a rework of how queueing is programmed too, but I doubt this last bit is much of a reason why Riot isn't doing it this way.

Something else I just remembered (which People mentioned quite frequently) is that some people would just go ahead and simply block everyone who played bad in one of their games. This is always a danger when giving Players much power, missuse like this can have bad results. :s
