Killstreak Quotes?

To add a bit of UMPH to the overall experience, I have the following suggestion. What if, when a player goes on a Killing Spree in the game when he launches additional abilities at key moments he utters a character quote that the entire game hears?

Imagine this. A Zed goes on a Killing Spree. Then in the middle of a team fight (when he's still on the Spree) he starts shadowing around and Death Marks... and then the entire game hears...

"The merest shade of me...."

Death Marks...

"ENOUGH TO DEFEAT YOU!"

BAM!

...

I feel like the battles are too quiet. There should be more noise. Characters should start shouting out powerful quotes/and or laughs when they go on killing sprees and then start to launch key abilities.
