(btw I'm being sarcastic because lucian range don't matter to me like others. Just felt like memeing it.)

edit: Also Jungle Ka'sai is fine but we can have Lucian mid? Ok Well played. (again not being serious)

Yeah, Lucian doesn’t need the extended range because of his abilities and the dash.

Kai’Sa desperately needs the range to even begin to break even in bot lane trades.

I don't think Kai'Sa is as bad as people are making her out to be. I'm not convinced she needs further buffs.

Same. Her Early feels forced to be bad, since she can wreak complete Havoc late combined with almost being Unescapeable from, thanks to her R

Its because you dont play the game in a diamond level to see how on worthless this champ actually is out of low elo.

Like im not trying to be offensive or anything, its just how it is, everything is viable and "good" in lower elos but then you get to diamond plus when ppl just abuse the hell out of her early game that she cant play the game.

And shes no vayne, who actually scales well.

Everything is not viable and good in sub diamond Elo. It's all relative to the performance and usage of champs by players in each tier.

Think about player experience from the vantage point of players that belong in each elo, not from the perspective of a smurf who can play anything because they are much better overall than their competition

Your argument that diamond is all that matters is also rebuked by the fact that the only a miniscule percentage of a percent of players are directly impacted by anything that goes on in that elo.
