honestly doesnt need a nerf, it's actually worse than going cap on pretty much every champion with decent scaling. Although the movement speed is the sex

Because you don't buy an early Rabadon every game. You actually go for Morello or Luden's Echo, then there are so short games. It affects statistics.

Dont get me wrong, i'm fine with nerfs, this item needed it, but it's a bullshit reason to nerf. So, let's nerf Doran's Ring? Probably %99,5 popularity it has.

Leave Dorin's Ring item 1056 Alone, if not increase the value, or leave Dorin's Ring Alone.

I have been away for the month from the games realm, and spent my self-decided punishment time in the board community. I did not know they interfered with item 3285 . Pains me to learn of this.

Check any pros games before Ludens were added - Raba always was first item. Btw I always was getting Raba first item too (after Chalice or Morello), but now I'm getting Ludens over Raba.
