Bard still feels weak.

Riot really needs to fix his Q, low range, low missile speed, situational cc, low hitbox width. He also needs higher tank base stats, he's really squishy compared to other supports. Also his E is bugged even worse this patch, drops people off sides of walls now making it a completely useless skill. Riot needs to just fix it so it doesn't need walls at all, so he can pop the skill anywhere to gapclose. His ultimate doesn't affect untargetable turrets either (to save someone from a deep dive).
