@Riot, a few suggestions for balance changes
Hey all, I would like to suggest some balance changes that could work and that I would like to see in-game. Tell me what you think below! (Numbers subjected to change)

(R) Tibbers! - now has a throwing animation and no longer instantly pops up (Acts like Galio's Resolute Smite)
Lee Sin

(W) Safeguard/Iron Will - Iron Will is renamed to Trial By Fire and grants 2%/4%/6%/8%/10% Damage reduction and no longer grants Lifesteal/Spellvamp
Riven

(Q) Broken Wings - Is no longer able to animation cancel and starts its cooldown on the third cast.
Zed

(Q) Razor Shuriken - Stops traveling after two targets are hit.
