@Riot, Please stop making us waste one ban on newly released champions like Galio

We have other champions in priority to ban due to the champion being either overly oppressive or simply a strong game-changer, but I hate it when one of us will have to ban Galio simply because we don't want our retarded/drunk teammates to think that Ranked is the same as Normals for them to test him out. And no, we don't care if you constantly claimed yourself to be a PBE user. Even we can believe what a 2 month old baby saying that.

So please Riot. Implement a function where newly released champions will be banned from Ranked matches for about 2 weeks. That's all I wanted.
