What if Ruby Sightstone upgraded support items?

Ruby Sightstone gives upgrades to support items, some examples include but are not limited to:

Mikael's Crucible - When using the active, increases speed of the user and target by 40% that decays over 3 seconds. Ohmwrecker- Active can now be used to disable enemy base gates for five seconds. Locket of the Iron Solari- Shield now heals afflicted allies for 10% of missing health Twin Shadows- Adds an extra ghost Righteous Glory - Movement speed bonus now always procs (despite not moving towards enemy champions) Ardent Censor - Increases active duration to 10 seconds.

... thoughts? Most laners don't buy two of these items together, with the jungler or top laner sometimes getting Righteous Glory and Sightstone (really only in LCS)

other than that... thoughts?

P.S. These are all just ideas for upgrades that I kind of spat up in like three minutes.
