Noob question about Tabis+Randuim

What the math behind it?

If after armor mitigation you get critted for 700 damage lets say if you build tabi and randuim you will reduce the damage -32%? -20% from randuim and -12% from tabis? and yes i am talking about 100% crit AA

or it work somehow different?

Tabi reduces the base damage of the auto attack by 12% then Randuim affects the Crit by 20%.
