Terozu2 votesNever said it wasn't a lot. But it's not pick ban. Xayah is closer to pick/ban by one or two percent. As is Ezreal by almost 5 percent.
Edit Or at least last i checked its been a week or so so it mightve changed.
Edit 2 his ban rate increased so actually he is now the closest to pick ban at 64-65%, but only 12% of that is pick
Edit 3 And just to say this, high ban rate isnt nessecarily an indicator of strength, for instance when word got out that lee sin was buffed, his banrate went up by 20%, 2 weeks before it shipped. And it was actually a nerf. And it took untol 2 months after the nerf shipped for his ban rate to go back down and even then it was like 5% higher than before.

HeazonZ3 votesWell they nerfed duskblade quite a bit so even though his isolation damage is a lot higher, his damage on un-isolated targets is a lot lower than before. It’s a buff to where he shines (picking off out of position targets) and makes him weaker in team fights for it.

Rengar didnt even get that much buffed...
He got 0.1 extra ad ratio on his EMPOWER Q and 0.1 on his E and 0.2 on his ultimate
All that together may sound much but in order rengar to do the extra 50 damage (per 100 bonus ad he does extra 50 damage) he would need to him both empower Q and E which is not possible..
WHile kha got +40% extra damage increase on his Q
And that why rengar sit at 46% win ratio with 2% pick ration while kha sit at 51% win ratio with over 8% pick ratio...
But favorism...

It used to do % missing health damage a long time ago I think. So the lower a target was, the more damage your q did to them. Then I believe they changed evolved q to just having a higher isolation damage bonus, then a smaller isolation bonus + CDR, and now just CDR.
XeroKimo1 votesIt started with %missing hp when Q evolved which overrode the normal isolation bonus damage, that wasn't %missing hp, and they kept tweaking his numbers depending on the meta, and for 1 or 2 patches, they buffed it so his evolved Q missing hp damage always proc regardless of isolation
