Tegash1 votesThe problem is that champions are balanced around items, which is not conducive to game health because champs can never BE balanced around items.
Champion balance is relative ONLY to other champions, and if an ADC or two can abuse an item, the problem is not with the item, it's with the design of the champion involved.
