Akali's ability to stick to a target has gotten out of hand. Riot can fix the carnage Akali is causing in low elo with one simple thing. Make her ult so it cannot be cast on the same target for 5 seconds. Akali fixed. Still an assassin but, has to choose when to use her r on a target. as a gap close? as a chase mechanic? but not both.

This change would make her UNPLAYABLE literally UNPLAYABLE because she REVOLVES around being sticky as heck, not to mention the fact that assassins are fucked anyways in the current meta. Sure make one of the weaker assassins even weaker good idea bring back the 40% winrate Akali yeeeey.
Just good Riot doesn't always balance around low elo lul, if you can't get out git gud and stop blaming champs.
