Why does a team game have an individual rating based off team outcome. Seems borked to me.....
Your LP at the end of the match should be based off your KDA not weather the team wins or not. If your team loses and you have a 4.0 KDA you should possible gain LP instead of losing. I think this would prevent people from rage quitting when a match lost. Even if its 2 LP. Nothing worse then going 3/2/21 as support on a losing team and lose 20 LP in the process.
I agree that the elevator should not just go up. I do not agree with having an individual ranking based on the teams overall performance. I think the way the rank system works breeds toxic behavior. If you were rated based on your actual stats I feel people would have an overall better experience with the ranking system.
That would mean eventually Bronze, Silver, and Even Gold would become empty at some point. There's a reason they don't make Elevators that only go up or down, instead of both
Yeah but then we'd have KDA fanatics who would sit around playing so passive that nothing would ever get done. There could be games where no one dies.
