% Pen Items

I am here to discuss Last Whisper and Void Staff. I know I am not in the minority thinking these items are way to strong. I keep seeing AD junglers building jungler Item, Hydra, Raduins then a Whisper. It's a total nuke. I ran a 245 armour Nunu vs this build on a Rengar. He absolutely crushed everyone on my team. Seems like a bad idea to penalize people who use more than 1 slot for an armour item. I just keep seeing any AD champ getting a whisper. That tells me it is to strong. I am seeing this far to often. RIP Tank anything

To counter penetration, you build health. To counter raw damage, you build armor. If you see Ranger is building mad armor pen, then building 245 armor against him is not a good idea.

I agree with all of this. One note. My Nunu build Vs. the Rengar had 4000 hp. He was curb stomping me so hard at equal level. So, the stack health to counter Whisper is invalid.

Just noticed he had no boots at all so he should have been hindered by lack of mobility but nope not at all.

We are talking about Rengar not an adc. That is why this thread was opened cause Rengar with this build it to strong. Like WW with the stalker/devourer build before the nerf.
