Adjustment to Heimerdinger turrets
Balancing Heimerdinger's turrets must be a nightmare. You don't want people collecting farm and harassing lane with zero effort.. but you also want the turrets to be strong enough for zoning and securing farm.
Here's an idea on how to balance Heimerdinger's turrets: Instead of having Ability Power granting "basic shots" additional damage, give them additional attack speed. "Basic shots" would gain damage by levelling up, as normal. AP scaling would just increase the attack speed of the basic shots. AP scaling would increase the damage of a 'charged shot' still.
I feel like this would completely address all future balancing issues as far as damage output by focusing on how fast/frequent the turrets attack instead of the damage of each projectile.
