Admins carrying on toxic conversations while good ideas get ignored

A typical post from a disgruntled player, everything is everyone else's fault. The person is clearly distraught, whatever.. let it be, right? A specialist comments on it apparently to clarify an issue on what's clearly a troll post.. okay whatever.. job done.. thanks.. but then there's a whole conversation going on between the two.. just a back and forth of nonsense.

Is this what the admins are there for? Seeking out disgruntled players and trolls and teasing them with passive-aggressive snootiness? Meanwhile good posts are getting ignored and swept under the rug and forgotten just to be revived again later because good ideas are getting ignored despite TONS OF COMMUNITY SUPPORT.

I just read a post about tracking honor progress.. must be the 12th time I read such a post with heavy community feedback, everyone supporting the idea.. I don't see any admins or riot on that post. Tracking Honor Progress.. all upvotes.. tons of positive feedback.. but let's find out who's mad about the reports.

I'm so dumbfounded by this I don't even know what to say..

Specialists aren't admins. They get their tags by being helpful in their subsection. In the case of Player Behavior, that's communicating with those who've been banned and trying to help them understand why. Which entails conversations.

Basically they're specialists because of that exact reason.

If you find another boards users comments inappropriate, please report those comments as you see fit.

That post may not have garnered attention of certain mods or specialists since it’s posted in gameplay, when it’s more of a player behavior topic.

While I’d like to comment on it, I am a bit busy.

A way to wash hands from responsibility by assigning a system to filter the problems, and direct all problems to the system.

I or a colleague has to look at the report. I'm not trying to give you the run around. You reporting something allows me to look into it and evaluate whether an action is necessary on a comment or discussion. I can't do anything with vague mentions of problematic behavior.

there's just too much stupid shit with the game + community that honestly it ain't even worth the hassle anymore. Deleted the game and in progress of deleting the account. Best decision.
