Help me out with Shen runes/masteries

I just started playing him but I don't know what's really optimal for Runes/Masteries.

Right now I'm doing 5/25/0 masteries to get some attack speed to proc my passive more.

For runes I do MR/level blue, armor red, and %HP yellow and quint. I'm 100% sure this rune setup is garbage, but whatever that's why I made this thread.

Any tips appreciated.

Yo i got a pretty unique page for him gime a sec ill take some screen shots for yuh buddy. You could also take 3 points in Enchanted armor and take off the opression/swiftness if you desire.
