Is it just me, or are super minions a bit too strong?
Say that the enemy team took one inhibitor, even though their lane is pushed down to the river still. Your team kills two of the enemies, including their jungler, and decides to get take Baron. However, by the time that you take baron, you find three or four Super Minions with the normal reinforcements in your base, who have taken one and a half towers already. I think that this is a bit too strong.
In my opinion, Super Minions are supposed to be tanks, taking nexus tower aggro so that the champions behind them can destroy the tower. However, this just isn't what they're doing. They're destroying towers easily if left alone when only three or four of them are there with no other champions, and if there are more than that, they'll more than likely take both nexus towers. Even more, they are extremely difficult to kill if you are an ad caster or a supertank.
However, the purpose of super-minions aren't just as tanks; they also damage enemy champions quite a lot, acting as interference while sieging. I think that this feature should still be implemented.
I believe that it would be perfectly reasonable to nerf the super minion's survivability, perhaps with a 10-20% decrease in their armor. Some might think that super minions have too much attack damage, but like I said, this is needed to take out some of the squishy's while sieging. I think that it'd be a better idea to decrease the super minion's attack speed by quite a lot, even up to a 50% decrease. What do you guys think?
