I Support Dynamic Q

Dynamic Q is good. It promotes teamwork and training and playing as a team. Its realistic since people in the LCS fight and train as a team. It also promotes getting to know other players and working with other players.

I've had a lot of fun climbing and I've made all of my new allies while starting out Solo. I don't see what all the hate is about.

Dynamic Q > Solo Q

Solo Q means bouncing up and down like a pendulum because of the variance of friendly trolls, AFKs, and incompetent players. You can't climb in a reasonable time without being good at Carrying 4 strangers, and that shouldn't be a requirement to climb.

Dynamic Q is much better. You can be mechanically skilled, team up with like minded and skilled people, and climb.

Do you agree?

No its horrible. I will give you an example. Yesterday I got matched with a 4 man premade vs another 4 man premade in low Plat elo. They had 2 gold Vs, another gold and a Platinum I Ahri mid who just carried the game for them because she got fed of laning vs a much lower ranked player.
That's not teamwork, that's being carried because you queued up with a high ranked friend.

All this would be true if they'd encourage to play Team Ranked over Solo Queue. Playing as 3 or 4 premades with random players just promotes shutting out some players and playing with the others. Besides, it has no business being a ranked mode because even theoretically, the individual ranking cannot be meaningful in any way unless the individual is the only constant over a large number of games.

I've always found it exciting that I might get matched with another team of Pre-Mades and then have to taylor my playing style to make it work.

Better teamed with a bad Pre-Made (at least some coordination and team practice prolly) than 4 strangers with different play styles and a few incompetent AND uncoordinated players

I do not agree, this is my opinion:

Solo Queue is FILLED with trolls,but don't get it twisted; it is also filled with good players. We solo q'rs tend to care about how we play and lead our team more than just saying 'oh this person did good, I am going to invite him to a platoon and be his best friend and see where it goes from there' no, we are players who like teamwork; who like to learn.

We are ACTUALLY a majority. DQ is for people who like to team up and are fairly new to the game in a sense of not knowing how to play. SQ is a big chunk of players, we aren't treated like it because Riot thinks DQ'rs are the epitome of league; inspires more newer players to come try the game out. This is supported by the fact that new sq'rs quit after at least a year of playing by themselves and not finding a good group to join in. Riot uses social media to get new players in, then they filter out these new players in a group, SQ and DQ. They want to get rid of SQ'rs as quick as they can, so they will literally pelt them with good players and losing games often. They need to stop this.

They can't 'just' encourage DQ'rs to be the better group of players. How about this? Riot should give us a chance; us solo queue'rs.. We should have a more diverse player population.

Riot is headed down a bad path, they need change. I love this game, I love the lore, I love the diversity of the player base.

tl;dr Solo Queue is full of players, Dynamic Queue is what riot wants players to be doing.

They can't 'just' encourage DQ'rs to be the better group of players. How about this? Riot should give us a chance; us SQ'rs... We should have a more diverse player population.

I feel like DQ is a perfect replacement for Team Ranked. I don't mind being a solo playing among premades in DQ, but I respect those that want a Solo only Ranked queue. What I don't respect is the lack of factual statistics and excessive bias used to bash DQ (ex. I could climb if it were solo, nevermind the fact that my teams have premades too or I couldn't climb last season when it was Solo/Duo).

The solid points most players use against DQ are almost entirely solid only in the highest elo play; that being premade coordination is far superior to solo play. It doesn't matter if a group of Bronze are all on voice chat, that doesn't mean they all of a sudden know how to rotate to the correct objectives. Another point commonly made is that high elo players boost low elo; Really? Most of them aren't spending their time doing that, but they make it sound like that's all Diamonds do. Plus with the tier restrictions, they have to use smurfs. The actual impact of those that truly do this is negligible in the big picture.

In the end, some clarity on their current vision for Ranked would be very welcome. I'm ok without Solo Queue even though I play solo, but I think those that want it badly (whether they have a legitimate reason or not) should have it.

The thing you do not understand about this new system is that it is infact AGAINST SQ, in the fact that if you do bad in a certain few games, you will be put against a certain 'group' of players in DQ that can be tailored for or against your play style. This is why I do not support DQ.

It's hard to explain. There's a certain few percentages that are 'stringing' new players from progressing as SQr's. It's around 98% from what I've seen.

Nonsense.

Team ranked actually had a purpose. DQ doesn't.

You have a team with a set roster and they are judged as a collective unit. DQ can't judge anyone as anything because the numbers change every time.

As for coordination with premades, that can hit all levels of play. It doesn't matter what tier you are if you have a premade on one side who maybe just met or are friends! vs a premade on the other who met through the boards, are game focused, and on voice comms. The experience is miserable for the solo player(s) either way. And the games are frequently one sided.
