All champ ults become global.
The ability itself stays the same but is now global who has the best ult?
example: teemo can now chuck mushrooms anywhere, they just take a bit to fly over there. Or fiddlesticks can ult to anyplace on the map. stuff that doesn't work or won't work like you want: gnar isn't pushing the entire map in one direction, kindred isn't making the whole map invincible, ori isn't a black hole. stuff that has a set point doesn't really work globally.
A lot of the point and click stuff would get pretty strong. morde grabbing anyone that was low, zed being the most ninja, ninja ever, zilean saving anyone anywhere, veig blaming anyone at half health, malzahar actually being as op as people make him out to be.
