Just buy pinks. Upgrade pink trinket. Bring hard CC. Build randuins omen. Someone on team has to build frozen heart (you don't even have to be the one!) Stack armor/hp Focus vayne Don't feed any of the other enemies so they can't punish you for focusing vayne Don't fight in any jungle so she can't condemn Oh and it helps to end by 20 minutes.
