Mana Regen stats on support gold items after new quest changes

- should have a base mana regen if it is built from a Not to mention, there are times when we can't go out and collect the coin.

or Emperor's Favor (Ungraded coins) should have more mana gain instead of staying the same (8% missing mana) as Favor

Maybe now with the quest changes, this item can have the same cost as other 2 eye items but gain more base stats?

gains 10 more AP but lost 50% mana regen. already have huge mana cost and they probably value more on mana regen when building this item than that 10 extra AP.

I love the quest for these items but maybe there should be some small changes on the base stats on these items. Especially, mana regen might be a little bit low on these items?
