Ask Riot : Lack of mana items for Ad caster

Why is there only two mana items for Ad, one having only 250 mana ( oulala ! 350 gold worth of mana) and the other one is a noobtrap except for 2 champs.

Shock passive is one of the most interesting passive, but only one or two champs can actually benefit from it which makes me wonder. Is the item in need of a rework? or is it champions like Ezreal that are bad for items in the game?

I've seen items being REMOVED ( rip rune glaive) from the game because of Ezreal, balanced around( muramana, trinity ) because of Ezreal and lastly, people in the community don't want CDR on Muramana cause Ezreal would abuse it even more....

So is the problem the item or simply Ezreal kit ?

Preventing every other champion in the game to have access to mana because he gets to set the par for all other shows how unhealthy for game design this champ is.

Add cdr and increasing the cost of muramana wouldnt help ezreal and actually hurt him. The reason tear items are so bad is because of the meta, most games end before 20 mins and only champs who can stack tear items before then can actually use tear items.
