PSA: Remember to respect your opponent and the champions they use.

Respect means you actually bring caution to any and all matches you play laning or team fighting. Having no respect means underestimating your opponent constantly, which leads to death after death after death. Having no respect is raging at your teammates for not pulling the additional weight you have given them to shoulder, much akin to a beasts of burden. Having no respect is belittling and raging at your opponent that has beaten you, on how they were ‘being carried’ despite beating you with a non-standard build, not like what our God Faker builds.

I can go on and on, but I’m sure many people already know. So please: RESPECT.

PSA: if your opponent is playing an assassin they get to assfuck you even if you beat them because they picked an assassin and you didn't so fuck you.

But dont misinterpret respect as playing passively or being scared of your opponent all the time. In low mmr, midlaners tend to just turtle up, even when they theoretically have power spike over you or they tend to push wave after each another and just stay under tower even when playing roaming champs, like Talon or Kata.

But sure, when you are unsure about matchup, its better to approach it with respect and caution.
