revert rammus
as the title says hes no longer fun or even good I loved going fast but cant anymore his w slows him
btw why the hell is his q a channel?

UnboundHades1 voteshis q is a channel to make it so cc just stops him but if you hit a rammus halfway through his original q with hard cc then he wouldnt of reached you anyway all it really does is make it more annoying to use active items like predator
his w slow makes since because he used to be able to just sit on you once he cast it but now you can actually get away by outrunning him if he stays in it
