On the topic of refunds

I understand Riot loses some income when refunding IP, as people may use that instead of RP, indirectly reducing the amount of money they make. As do refunds.

However, with the upcoming massive overhaul to the IP system, would it be possible to get just one extra refund or something? It's nearing 8 seasons, and something refreshing feels like just what the doctor ordered. It's a good time to refresh some things. While it would definitely decrease overall profit for Riot, it HAS been many seasons at this point. It also allows us to refund something we regretted purchasing, but did not want to use our precious three refunds as they would never refill themselves. This is a good opportunity for everyone, including Riot, to look at the currency system of the game as well.

It's not a request, merely something to think about.
