Some reasonable buffs to make Lux a viable mid laner again without breaking her (Level 7 Lux)

As the title says...

Lux is currently sitting at a 51%-54% win rate: https://lolalytics.com/ranked/worldwide/platinum/plus/champion/Lux/Middle/ https://na.op.gg/champion/lux/statistics/mid

As a level 7 Lux, it is sad to see that she is barely viable in mid lane and is forced in the support role to be viable. She is badly in need of buffs to be made viable again in mid.

Auto Range increased from 550 to 600

Passive: Illumination

Lux's Light Binding and Lucent Singularity now consume Illumination

Q: Light Binding

Root duration increased from 2 seconds to 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3 seconds

E: Lucent Singularity

AP scaling increased from 60% to 90%

New Effect Enemy champions are now grounded when inside Lucent Singularity

Reasons for these buffs: -By buffing Lux's auto range will make it safer to consume Illumination with her basic attacks

-By allowing Illumination to be consumed on her other abilities will make her no longer be reliant on landing her skill shot ultimate or using a basic attack

-Increasing the root duration to be similar to Morgana will allow Lux to punish her opponent for trying to engage her

-Buffing the scaling on Lucent Singularity will help out Lux's wave clear

-By allowing Lucent Singularity to ground the enemy will allow Lux to properly zone people better and help her against her hardest counters that have mobility.

What the hell? 51-54%? How about some nerfs instead.

Any buffs would break Lux.

The only reasonable change she might be able to get away with is help with CSing in the mid game, so she's able to clear the caster minions in a single E, without leaving them at 6 health. She has one of the lowest average CS of all mid champions because of this problem.

And then her winrate is 70% as support.

She's an immobile mage, the way to get her out of the support role is to increase her mana costs and lower her base damage in favour of higher scaling

Then you can talk about buffs to her mid

Typical lux players. Not too bright

Yep. Colton is back yall. This type of thread will now pop up 1-4 times a day most days a week. If folks would be so kind as to assist when you see this posters threads please link his Discussion or posting history So players can decided for themselves how seriously they want to take him before they invest the time into responding.

Not all boards users enjoy this posters sense of humor when they mistake it for a serious gameplay thread.

Easy signs. 50%+ win rate being treated like its low. Mastery 7 player. "Reasonable buffs"

The only thing i can see them actually doing for Lux is decreasing either the projectile speed or radius of her E but increase the slow and damage scaling and giving her move speed buff while her W is in flight.
