I have seen more PAX Twisted Fate skins this season than Honor Ribbons
Rare skin - 1
Honor Ribbons - 0
Is it even possible to earn one? Or does this just confirm everyone who plays league is toxic?

Escheton2 votesYou have to be disgustingly nice to actually prompt people to honor you. Like, pathologically insecure nice. Because toxic people don't honor, and the rest usually can't be bothered.
Asayake 5150glow1 votesI've seen two or three honor ribbons, actually.
SoundChaosDebug1 votesI've had all of the colors except for yellow, I've had the other colors multiple times.
What happened was every one over honored initially and then people said the ribbons are meaningless, then riot shifted around the requirements to earn ribbons but at that point every one was over it when they assumed it has no value.
Once people were over the ribbons people stopped honoring.
