Not a complete overhaul but a small idea for rage blade

Why not let guinsoos rageblade do something kind of like hextech revolver but scale the damage with its stacks? Such as at one stack it does little to no damage but at max stacks it does way more.

Sorry if I didn't [itch this idea too well as this is the first item I have ever really pitched an idea change idea.
