As much as I hate to say it, the Quicksilver Sash change was really good in the grand scheme.

For those of you that don't know, Quicksilver sash was changed to only removing cc effects instead of ALL negative effects.

For the upcoming assassin update, Riot wants to extend the burst range of assassins. This means that they can do something like Zed's ult, dealing damage after a delayed time.

This means that the damage can still be prevented via shields and heals, but not disabled completely by Quicksilver sash.

I really hated this change when it came out because, like most people, I hate Zed and his ult.

But I have to admit, this change means we can have better and healthier assassins overall.
