In higher elo, everyone bans her.
She is far stronger than she used to be. lolalytics says that she currently is the #1 midlaner, despite the clunkiness and delays added to her kit.
Simple question: Revert or no?

Like, if you have genuine issues with her design (and I'm not saying there aren't any), say those. Overwhelmingly negative design issues are the reason the only reverted rework got reverted.

She's one of the top bans in the entire roster. I find her a lot less fun than I used to before the rework, and with the delays and clunkiness she's not the same champion. Having her sigil be primed by any spell and having her ult opened up makes her combos too unpredictable for the enemy.
On the flip side, people have decided they really don't like playing against her.
In season 6, she was a niche pick at best, rarely banned, and rarely picked. Now, she's banned almost every single match in higher elo because most have decided they don't like to play against her.
To me, it just seems like a brainless solution to just revert her, people rarely complained about her during season 6, she had more counterplay than she does now, and she was much more fun to play.
Win-win for lb players and people who play vs her.
Anonagon1 votesBeing a top ban is a problem, but it doesn't at all mean she needs a revert. Especially in Leblanc's case, its clear that she is being banned primarily because she's strong, not because of frustration or design issues. She can and likely will get nerfs.
To revert this rework for very little reason simply because its "easy" is laziness, and obviously there's a reason they changed Leblanc in the first place so she'd still need work after it. Reverting Leblanc wouldn't be a net gain for game health, so its not worth it.

According to lolalytics, LB is currently the #1 champion in the entire game based on what master tier champs can get out of her.
She will have to be nerfed so much she will just be an awful champion in general - she'll be like pre-rework eve.
With her kit having as much versatility as she does - she'll either have to get huge damage nerfs or huge mana cost nerfs, or both. She's like Kalista/Azir syndrome atm where they tried to put too much into her kit. They've already nerfed her waveclear a shitton - it's 1/4 of what it used to be, and she's still perm ban.
Despite her strength level, or her ban rate, she's not nearly as enjoyable to play anymore - her clunkiness takes away from her ability to make late game plays.
At least for me, it sucks being fed but having it be past 30 minutes, and unable to do anything in teamfights because of the long delays.
She lost her identity as an assassin with the rework imo. That alone is why I want her to be reverted.
