adcs are dumb this season

ill keep things simple

1. They have like 4-5 sources of movement speed. Bloodlust particularly is mobility creep personified.

2. They lifesteal too much too early.

IMO, all other problems stem from these i.e. shield abuse, disproportional late game power, etc.
