Support Lux is pretty good

Short ult cd (45% cdr + hat + 30% ult on kill) lots of mobility (frostfang passive + free boots + %ms rune) great damage great cc great shield (late game at least)

My build frostfang>luc boots>morello>liandry>void staff > whatever you want i also dont level shield at all until end

If you bummed out of your team never doing enough damage or just want to chill and contribute a lot by just q/w'ing and ulting the adc, I recommend supp lux.
