Can we nerf Akali's ult (Read Desc)

Ok so I love Akali despite being so clunky but why is it she gets 3 dashes from her ultimate that stack over time?

Has a possibility for two dashes if she hits her skill shots

3 Short dashes that don't stack

Weakness by mana cost

I'm going to stop there but why does she get 3 dashes that stack along with a blink and sustain her kit is just so overloaded so can we atleast takea hit at her ult?

I wouldn't mind Akali's ult if her damage wasn't so overtuned and didn't interact so well with hextech revolver and thunderlord's decree.

With other assassins like Zed or LeBlanc you actually have to know how to combo to pull off a kill or your longer base cooldowns will lock out all of your kill potential for a period of time. Akali's longest cooldown on a damaging ability at max rank is 4 seconds so she can just spam her abilities.

Unlike other assassins Akali just spam r and q and e without even knowing how to combo right and still kill you everytime. Even Fizz is harder to play than Akali.

ahri's R doesn't deal so much damage ... it just to escape/get close to someone Diana's deals kinda of a damage but its healthy because her abilities aren't cancerous kassadin's R doesn't deal too much damage and it has scaling mana cost

AKALI on the other hand .. she heals because she has gunblade, it has low cdr , it's enhanced when she Q , it's long ranged ,and a quick combo just kills you

Diana actually has unlimited dashes, gated by her Q CD (which is 6 seconds base at rank 5, so can be as low as 3.3 seconds w/ 45% CDR). Just QR, wait, QR, wait, QR, etc. Ahri : is ranged, unlike Akali , who is melee. Kassadin : gated by increasing mana cost which times out if he doesn't use it for a while.

What is Akali 's gate?: 3 charges, which are restored fairly slowly overtime, she gets 1 free charge for each champion kill or assist (still can't have more than 3 total). It's pretty fair, especially since the rework heavily nerfed its damage, which used to be 100/175/250 (+50% AP), now 50/100/150 (+35% AP).
