They banned the champion you had hovered for one reason or another I know that in the singed support with smite situation the account I believe did get banned for improper communication with his teammates does this fit into the same category?
A player can ban any champion for any reason.
While you could report someone for it, it would just be discarded.
the singed smite support ban got revoked. As for banning your pick intent a few things to consider are 1 what is your order in picks. 2 how popular i your champ(ties into one) 3 were the doing it for malicious purposes. If you feel they were doing it to troll and it wasnt because it was a smart move report them for negative attitude. And write in the comment box why you felt the need to report them.
Now the question i think you mean to ask is is it punishable. To answer that i probably wont be punished but if they do it alot they probably will get punished eventually.
