What if instead of cloud drake giving a specific buff like movespeed or anything else.
What if it got changed to just give a random buff from the other 3 drakes. And you didn't know what buff you would get until you kill it.
I think that would make cloud drake pretty fun.

gubigubi1 votesI don't think out of combat movement speed is ever going to feel good unless its op. Once you have 2-3 stacks of it you can sort of notice but its still not that fun to have. And 2-3 stacks of any other buff would have benefited your team more than out of combat move speed.
Riot could buff it or change the buff entirely to something else. And they probably will. I was throwing a solution out that was different than just buffing whats already there.
