i get another great game, 24/12/3 in a 40 min game with 241 minions and 40 vision. game goes "fuck you you get A+" why the hell am i not getting a fucking S-?

First of all, I am concerned that you are only aiming for an S- instead of an S+. Secondly, if everything in life was fair, we would be living in a utopia, aka the perfect world. Since perfection cannot exist because of the human need for evolution, your question is deemed philisophically challenging to answer.

fuck S+ i just nee S- to get her to m6. after that i am moving on to either tris or graves. i already got one token but no matter what i do game keeps going "fuck you"

12 deaths is alot. Also 241 CS should be closer to 350 at 40 minutes.

Rigged implies riot is actively trying to do something with it. Realistically, it was a failed experiment which everyone including riot just kind of ignores. It just doesn’t work and really isn’t important enough to warrant fixing right now.
