many questions in one post

FIRST OF ALL, omg i love the new Soraka skin, AAHHHH, it my new waifu now, omg it amazing, yeah go away ahri, your nothing now to me.

Ok now with that out of the way i want to ask a few things, if possible rioters can answer if so. these questions are not only suppose to be both game-play and outside of game, but it also things i believe riot hasnt really touch upon in a long, long time. in order i say from game-play to none game-play

1. Most champion can be listed as unique or not, there one thing that keeps in mind for all the players who play these champion, and that is "when is my champion gonna be reworked" not many people know this answer nor league of legends surely know either, we all know that alot of champions are out dated. From the least to most i will list out most of the champions that i found that most players are worry about that hasnt been spoken of yet. Master yi, Kennen, Alistar, soraka (please dont change her), kayle, Nunu, Ezreal, and Nocturne. Even though most of these champions are still being played to this day, they still have a something missing from their kit that makes them weird, or unhealthy.

2. Now, I know i look at the message of your guys ideal about them Custom skins, but it hard to find a definitive answer to them, not only that slightly scares me a bit cause i don't wanna get ban or perma-ban without warning, idk what is really possible to change how your screen works without affecting others, but i also know that scripting is a thing (trust me i been ask that and i couldn't find the answer til some kid posted a video about this subject),the thing im asking is the HUD, champion skins, things like those that don't effect the game at all, is this allow?

3. Last one i can ask (without my brain giving me the overload system) is this, after the changes that being done with runes and mastery, the rune reforge being added on to the new system, there one thing i been wanting to know cause this one keystone is like my bread and butter to most of my champions i play that is not in the support lane, Deathfire touch, is this keystone gonna be replace by something or is it gonna be gone forever, as the keystone stay being one of the only keystone that gives damage over time (besides grasp of the undying). this one keystone help me fought against alot champions to keep them at bay while i farm safely, can this very keystone still be added upon the next season? it would be an interest one since you guys did change thunderlords, it would be a better keystone for some champions like Morgana and miss fortune as support giving more of that damage over time to be more of a real impact
