I got coven Camille in my shop and I love the skin but I don't play top. She was really strong, especially in pro play, but being unable to quickly kill crab while having 0 sustain in the jungle feels horrible to play. I think riot needs to understand that many people are devastated by her nerf and could use some feedback as to whether she's gone for good.
Hopefully not. Allowing her to focus E instead of Q and still have exactly the same damage (I've checked this out in practice tool myself) while also having a way lower cooldown on her 1200 range stunning, no-target-requirement dash isn't balanced.
Things like that need to come with downsides, not just be better in every way.
You can never know that, meta always changes. Players have never been notified and riot can't promise such things because then they'd need to do it for every champion that gets nerfed and if they nerf a champion, there's always a reason behind it. Maybe they didn't want camille to be playable in jungle?
