when kalista wasfirst released the fullAS wasnt thought of and was built as a normalADC soi think riot were going with that she hits so hard with each spear auto but because she can cancel her autoes she wasgiven the passive dash to create distanceto get in another hard hitting auto. But ithought after looking at jihns passive why not revert kalista back to her original idea and give kalista a passive area where her AS is capped however buying AS items get converted into bonus AD. Or is riot happy with how kalista is atm? :o
