AP Galio is Disgustingly Overtuned
After the Galio changes (which saw nerfs to base damages and absurd AP scaling buffs to his Q, and passive especially) hit the live server, I've had the chance to see AP Galio in action, and have seen my share of clips on youtube of it one shotting late game tanks with a Q. To put it simply: The damage is too disgusting. I see where the buffs came from of course; they didn't want a midlaner like galio to be able to build full tank and still have such effective waveclear, base damage, and a global ult, and wanted to make him more AP-fighter esq. However, they took it too far. 3% Maximum HP per 100 AP? Seriously? A late game build with 700AP will make it 21% Max HP from a single tick of his Q, which has 3 total ticks. 63%. 63 damn percent, and thats factoring in a void staff so you can forget about the resistances. With a gap closer, damage to one shot squishies, wave clear galore, easy matchups with a magic damage shield, and crowd control, why can this guy also half health tanks with a single ability? It's too much, and 2 weeks is too much time for this guy to wreak havoc on this game. This buff has gone way too far; something needs to be changed.
